In the heart of the Gavi hills, Villa Sparina Resort is a place of charm and tranquility that brings together a four-star hotel, the Michelin-starred restaurant La Gallina, and a historic winery, all in a single complex. Housed in an 18th-century farmhouse, the resort welcomes guests with a warm, down-to-earth Italian hospitality.
For this authentic, refined setting, L’Officina dei Giardini created a panoramic conservatory to be used as a private space for dinners and other exclusive events. The structure directly overlooks the estate’s vineyards, offering a stunning view of nature as a backdrop for every experience held here.
The space includes a fully equipped kitchen and is often used for show cooking and private tasting events. Each element of its construction has been designed to ensure insulation, comfort, and visual continuity with the outside, in line with the somber, welcoming character that distinguishes the entire complex.
Here, design is an integral part of the experience. The conservatory we designed blends harmoniously into the landscape and the philosophy of this place, providing a cozy, convivial space where architecture, fine dining, and landscape interact naturally.
